CLASS DAY AND TIME REQUEST FORM
About St Jude Faith Formation Program
Saint Jude Parish is a thriving faith community. Our staff works together with numerous parent and parish volunteers to provide faith formation and sacramental preparation for nearly 600 students in grades 1-10.
The purpose of the St. Edward and St. Jude Collaborative is to invite all to know God, to love God, and to serve God so that we may be faithful to God's plan for us in this world, and live with God forever in the next. We recognize that the primary responsibility of raising children in the faith of the Roman Catholic Church belongs to their parents. Our programs are meant to support parents as they raise their children to be disciples of Christ, however no program or curriculum can teach everything that needs to be taught. No amount of in-class learning and discussion can replace the valuable lessons that are learned through family prayer, participation in the Eucharist, service and conversation. A strong parental involvement is a testament to our common goal.

Registration for all grades will be done via an online link, which will be availble here from June 1 through June 30. When registering online you are required to pay with a credit card.
